Blackburn Campus

Rahme Learning Center
The Rahme Learning Resource Center is named after the late Mary H. Rahme who was a former Blackburn College faculty member. Funding for the building was made possible in large part by a gift from her husband, Selim Rahme.  Just off the lower level is the Hendrickson Curriculum Library, an observation classroom for teaching elementary age students, and future classroom spaces. The building was completely renovated by students in the Work Program during the 2003-2004 academic year. Rahme now boasts six faculty offices, three spacious classrooms, a technology classroom, an elevator, the Donna Hendrickson Curriculum Library and a writing lab. Future plans allow for further basement renovations to make room for expansion within the Education Department.
