Residence Hall Directors & Assistants
Meet the Residence Life Staff

Management of each residence hall is the responsibility of one Resident Director and one to three Resident Assistant(s). These individuals are members of the Student Life staff.

Resident Directors (RDs) have primary responsibility in overall management of the halls. Upper class students who have distinguished themselves academically and demonstrated maturity often serve as Resident Directors. There are also full-time professional RD’s.

Resident Assistants (RAs) are upper class students who are responsible for working with residents to program activities, provide support on personal and social matters, and assist students with various aspects of life within the residence hall community.
