Currently jobs exist as classroom aides with the local
elementary and middle schools and the Carlinville Head Start
Center, as assistants/aides with the local Food Pantry,
Center for Developmentally Disabled, Recycling Center,
Beaver Dam State Park, Public Health Department, Adult
Learning Center, and Carlinville Chamber of Commerce.
Students also staff the
Office of Volunteer Services located on campus. This office recruits and
coordinates volunteers for service projects of a "limited or one-time nature",
as well as for activities of the Campus Chapter of Habitat for
Humanity.
Since the majority of these jobs are off-campus,
students must have their own means of transportation.
