With a B.A in Medical Technology from Blackburn, graduates may begin work in a laboratory. After three years of experience, graduates may want to specialize in areas such as Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Banking, etc. The B.A. degree is also a starting point for supervising or directing a medical technology lab and for teaching medical technology to students. The combination of a solid liberal arts background and rigorous clinical and laboratory training will give Blackburn students a real competitive edge in their careers.
