Fantasticks: A twisted take on “boy meets the girl next door” The Fantasticks tells the story of Matt and Louisa who are tricked into falling in love by their parents, who pretend to feud. With subtle theatrical sophistication, this timeless fable of love manages to be nostalgic and universal at the same time. Funny, poignant, pure in its everlasting message, The Fantasticks will leave you humming its familiar tunes and reliving its tender and sometimes prickly moments.

Performing Arts Activities
A number of performing arts activities are open to all students. Musical activities include the College Choir, Blackburn Voices (a chamber choral ensemble), Pep Club and the College Band, a community and college ensemble. Multiple theatrical productions are held during the school year, including a fall play, spring musical and student-directed plays in the spring semester. All students on campus are encouraged to try out or work backstage or on the technical crew.

Music Degrees and Coursework
We have courses designed to meet the needs of both the curious novice and the experienced performer. We offer a Performing Arts major with an emphasis in either music or theatre performance. Follow the links above to find out more information about our degree programs and coursework.
