Food Services
Students provide staffing for the kitchen and dining hall, as well as for any college related banquets and other catered events. Student workers are involved in meal preparation and service, and sanitation for the entire facility.

“My favorite aspects of Blackburn College are its small community and the work program. This college really feels like a home. You see, live, and work with every student on a weekly basis. It gives one the sense of living in a separate small town, away from the worries of the outside world. I hope to learn more about myself during my experience as a manager as well as help make food service a job in which students want to do.
